End User License Agreement (EULA)

By creating an account or using the ADVR app (“App”) by ADVR LLC, you agree to the following Terms of Use:

1. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content or Abusive Behavior

  • Users may not post, share, or transmit content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, fraudulent, misleading, spam, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Users may not use the App to threaten, stalk, impersonate, or otherwise harm others.

  • Any violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the App without notice.

2. User-Generated Content

  • You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or share through the App.

  • By posting content, you grant ADVR a limited license to display and distribute your content within the App.

  • ADVR does not endorse user-generated content and is not responsible for its accuracy or reliability.

3. Reporting and Moderation

  • Users can report objectionable content directly in the App.

  • Users can block abusive users to prevent unwanted interactions.

  • ADVR reviews all reports and takes appropriate action (including content removal and account suspension) within 24 hours.

4. Account Termination

  • ADVR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without liability or prior notice.

  • Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account removal.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

  • The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • ADVR is not liable for user-generated content, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App.

  • ADVR may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
